|Introduction||I worked as an equity option market maker on the NYSE ARCA option exchange floor for two years from 2008-2009. Following that I worked as a Managing Director for options analytics firm Livevol® both in algorithmic trading and client services. Currenty I work as the Managing Director of Quantitative Research for GMI Ratings where I developed the Forensic Alpha Model.
I am the author of one the most widely read options trading blogs in the world and was the sole author of the daily “Options Expert Analysis” on the Fidelity.com website through October 2013. I have been interviewed and cited more than 500 times in the last three years and continue to be cited often by The Wall St. Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, The Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post, The NY Times and occasionally through re-pubs in Barrons, Forbes, SF Chronicle and Miami Herald.
I did my graduate work in Financial Mathematics at Stanford University and also have an MBA in finance and an undergraduate degree in quantitative economics with an area of focus in mathematics.
