| Introduction | I'm a resident physician living in Boston, MA but will soon be relocating to Long Island, NY to complete my training. Work doesn't leave me with much time to do anything else, but on the rare occasion that I do have free time, I like to spend it in the kitchen. I bake more than I cook (though I hope to remedy that soon), and I consider myself a novice. My mom is a great cook, and I hope to learn more from her in the near future.
