Introduction | For now the intention of this blog is to keep a record of my successes and failures, recipes and to network with other BBQ Friends. BBQPairadise started out as Inpairadise, which is a play of words from the song "Just Another Day In Paradise" by Phil Vassar. It's a song that talks about a husband and wife balancing their relationship while doing their best to have fun raising their kids. The Pair represents my wife and I, and the word Pairadise represents all of our kids. I am a husband and father. I have 7 kids and 4 grandkids. We love camping and barbecue. I have been practicing barbecue for over 10 years off and on probably a year or so of actual time burning my eyes in smoke. Which really means I don't know squat, but I'm learning. I Love to barbecue, smoke, grill and deep-fry. My dream is to one day make my living doing what I love with my family. Have fun with me and participate in the discussions. |

Are you kidding? My coals are still hot after smoking big ol' dragon ribs!
