Introduction	Hi! I am Roryann, wife of an amazing chef. Really, that’s what it says on my driver’s license. Or, at least that’s what it should say. So the question on everyone’s mind……”What does a chef eat when he’s at home?” I can imagine the shock on your face as you find out that he is not the chef at casa Clements, I am! (I mean, if I haven’t picked up at least a few of his secrets then we both deserve to starve). In fact, and I am in no way bragging here, I have inspired a few of his most famous creations. But mostly he inspires me, to cook him dinner so he can go to work the next day and be the amazing god of all things culinary. This is a blog of what I cook for the chef who knows how to cook everything and where we eat on the off chance that he is released from the kitchen and rested enough to go out!!!
