Introduction | I live in Gloucestershire, not far from the beautiful Cotswolds with my children aged 10 and 22 ( huge age gap...long story), hard working husband, cute rabbit and a lazy dog who occasionally decides he 's had enough of this crazy life and makes his escape (although biscuits and warm beds usually bring him home...just like me really!). I job share in an often stressful but worthwhile sector (so they tell me), I love music and use the term 'playing' loosely regarding my saxophone accomplishments but it keeps me amused. I bake cakes (but not to Mary Berry's standards....does anyone?) and I love my home. I have what seems to be a seasonal addiction to making 'things' especially Christmas time and spend far too many hours in craft and textile stores when I should probably be cleaning the bath and toilet! As a family, we love our VW camper van Casper (yes, he's white) and spend weekends and holidays discovering new places.. It's become a bit of a family tradition that we usually have a camping disaster tale to tell on our return but we keep going back for more punishment. Well that's me in a nutshell...not the most exciting life but that's the way I like it....I hope you do too! |
