Tom Huelin

About Me

Tom Huelin, BSc, is a Sports Scientist, Exercise Coach and Conditioning Specialist based in Berkshire in the UK. He is an Advanced Personal Trainer and works with clients of all ages and backgrounds. His training paradigm is based on a basic functional program design using his experience of working within a variety of different sports to challenge his clients to achieve their full athletic potentials. He has developed the successful 'Progressive Movement' and 'Athletic Movement Systems' designed to develop individuals functional movement from a basic to advanced level. Tom is a Level 3 Advanced Trainer on the Register of Exercise Professionals, an Associate Member of The UK Strength & Conditioning Association and a Professional Member of the British Association of Sports & Exercise Sciences. Tom is a respected author having contributed articles for local, national and international publications including FitPro, Personal Training on the Net and IQ Education Magazine. This year he published Stability Ball Strength - an e-book exercise guide to Stability Ball Training.
