Parenting is difficult and even harder if you suffer from a mental illness. I am a Christian homschooling mother of 4 who is challenged with depression, memory loss, and multiple chemical sensitivities due to environmental poisoning. This series of blogs is an attempt to organize my thoughts, notes, and resources to be the best mom I can be.
Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Appearently, my neck likes to be naked...lol. Anything against my neck causes me to feel as if I'm suffocating even when I know I'm not.
