About Me

I am Brian. I am passionate - in fact bonkers - over value investing. I dream and want to be a good, if not, great investor. I am an ordinary investor with no formal education in finance or investment for the matter. I believe that anyone with reasonable IQ, passion in doing what he loves, and persistence can land at where he wants. I hold a diploma and used to work for a shipping line. I will try to achieve financial independence as soon as I can so that I can focus on investing full time. If possible, I would like to manage money for others based on investment principles I believe in. I'm up to work for any investor who is willing to give me a chance (even for free) - of course, given that we have a similar mindset towards investing principles. You know, you never know what you are really capable of.

Interests

• Joy and happiness can only be achieved by having a purpose in life. And my purpose is to indulge myself in learning all I can in the field of investment and then give back to the community by sharing investing knowledge and wisdom. It is only by sharing that one learns more. I like learning on businesses
• poring through its annual reports
• doing analysis and being able to put to use what i learn. It is like a kid at at a toy shop - you get to chose what interest you the most.
