At the age of 64, Wilma Proops is very much still "one of the gals". Wilma keeps herself in shape mentally and physically via kareoke and a lateral thigh trainer respectively. "I like to have fun with me mates" she said. "There's nothing better than offering them advice on how to manipulate their husbands and boyfriends down the pub on a Saturday night - alcohol stimulates my insightfulness - I can tell them how it is!"
