When my daughter was 14 or 15 she came up with the name Fresh Vintage. I do love old things not only for what they look like but rather what they represent. To me pretty vintage kitchen finds represent a simpler world. To find a great piece of furniture with good bones and paint it, making it better is good thrift. To search high and low for gently used children's dress clothes, wash them meticulously and sell them at a reduced price compared to their new counterpart is good stewardship. Doing all this while being able to be home with my children is priceless.
