I am an independent Health and Welfare Consultant and a Principal at Employee Benefit Resources which I joined in 2004.I spent 8 1/2 years at UNUM and 4 years at Liberty Mutual in employee benefit sales roles and 6 years at CIGNA in Sales and Management Roles including Profit & Loss reponsibility as Market Manager for over $150,000,000 in Revenue.In 2003 I was CIGNA's National Account Sales Representative of the Year in the 10,000+ life market. I have deep expertise in employee benefits and consultative problem solving skills honed by working with accounts like HP, EDS, United Space Alliance, Continental Airlines and many others. I have worked with all National and Regional Consulting and Brokerage Firms and our firm and philosophy is different by design. I am in the top 5% of consultants worldwide for Gerson Lehman Group which provides subject matter expertise to institutional investors and management consulting firms. I work with small business, middle-market and national account firms up to 30,000 employees today located across the US. I have been married for 18 years, have two children and reside in Houston, TX.
