Introduction	i'm an optimistic pessimist (preparing for the worst but always hoping for the best) with an off kilter sense of humor. my favorite color is pink. i'm so grateful to be covered by God's grace. i love almost everybody and for the ones i don't quite love? well, i'm trying to work on that.

Favorite Movies	english patient, enchanted, like water for chocolate, all the austin powers movies, napoleon dynamite, all the meg ryan/tom hanks movies, ladder 49, and so many more
Favorite Music	this is a tough one as my ipod has almost 10000 songs but my all time fave is the cure, and my playlist runs from mozart to ray charles, lyle lovett to ac/dc, nichole nordemann to metallica. i'm not a big fan of new country or new rap but i'll try to listen to anything with an open ear
Favorite Books	le petit prince, all of j.r.r. tolkien's work, harry potter series, the mitford books, where the wild things are, if you give a pig a pancake, room on the broom, not quite what i was planning, so long insecurity, and too many others to fit in here

You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?

why wear shoes? the sight of me in an orange wooly jumper would negate me even needing to wear shoes. but if i had to pick, i'd say my brown faux frye boots i got at tarjay and just love, love, love. i think i would look like one of the monsters on sesame street.
