Bruce and Mark are brothers and founders of Max & Mina's Ice Cream. Founded in 1997 in Flushing Queens, these two life long New Yorkers have been trendsetter's in the dessert industry ever since. Growing up in the 1970's, Bruce and Mark loved ice cream. Their Grandpa Max used to create all different kinds of ice cream for Grandma Mina and them to try. He was an organic chemist, and loved to make up some interesting flavors! Years later, when grandpa Max had passed away, Bruce was cleaning out his house and discovered his secret book of recipes. Today Bruce & Mark use all types of desserts and foods in their ice creams, they are up on all the latest dessert trends. They have been guests on numerous food shows, and have been featured in countless articles about desserts. They would like to share their insider information into their tricks of the dessert trade.
