Introduction	I was a feature writer/columnist ... who became a stay-at-home mom ... who morphed into a homeschooling mom ... who took up knitting and now I design patterns for knitting toys. Most are knitted, then felted ... all are knit in the round. Knitting toys keeps me sane!
Interests	My Catholic faith ... my family, knitting, reading, writing, Spanish language and culture, baking, gardening, children's books, etc.
Favorite Movies	Persuasion, Laura, Notorious, Shadow of a Doubt, Gaslight, Shop Around the Corner, A Man for All Seasons, Dracula (Christopher Lee's), Some Like It Hot, (I love movies!)
Favorite Music	Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, '80s pop, Jon and Vangelis, "new" stuff my daughter introduces me to!
Favorite Books	I Don't Know How She Does It, Shopaholic books, The Enchanted April, Persuasion, Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Sense and Sensibility, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, The Mysteries of Udolpho, and LOTS of children's books ... including, but definitely not limited to, Taro and the Tofu, The Journey of Bangwell Putt, The Lonely Doll, Babar, Wynken, Blynken and Nod, fairy tales, Dr. Seuss, The Wreck of the Hesperus (about the jalopy car), Mike Mulligan and the Steam Shovel, etc.
