Introduction	I'm Kristen, a bit of a hippie at heart kindve girl, I enjoy gardening and have been experimenting with my home garden for the last couple of years, however more recently with the rising cost of food and increased contamination I have become more determined to turn my garden into a viable food source for my family. I already enjoy cooking and baking which are a big help and now I'm determined to learn how to make even more things from scratch and avoid all that high fructose filler. My goal is to improve heath and quality for my family, perhaps lessen my food footprint and enjoy learning some new things along the way :)
