Introduction	I am a stay at home Mum living in beautiful North-West Tasmania with my husband and two little children (and of course our chooks).
Interests	My interests include spending time with family and friends, growing organic fruit and vegies, reading and most especially filling the tummies of the people that I love with wholesome and healthy food. My cooking reflects my love of fresh seasonal produce which is so abundant in the farming area where I live. I also enjoy experimenting with a variety of whole grains and natural sweeteners. I hope to share some of my recipes with you on this blog.
