About Me
My first exposure to Peter Schmidt's work was as a 15 year old, upon buying an import copy of "Taking Tiger Mountain(By Strategy)", Brian Eno's LP in 1975. This endeavor, was sparked by the acquisition of the painting "Portrait of Eno with Allusions", and is intended to inform, and to establish a permanent record of Peter Schmidt's artistic accomplishments. I'm an artist, and builder of high end residences in New York City. I have a modest art collection which includes works by Peter Schmidt, Marcel Duchamp, Tom Phillips, Dion Yannatos and Abe Ajay. I live with my husband, Scott and our cats, Toby and P. Nutt in New York City's Gramercy Park.
