About Me

I am known as Delirium, or "Del" to my Coven friends, and I am the founder of Cassandra Crossing, where I am called "Queen of the Mountain." Born in 1964, I had a fairly normal upbringing on Long Island (NY). I attended SUNY Geneseo and got schooling in psychology. Then I went back to school and got more schooling in religion and cooking. That is why I have worked as a bartender, as a waitress, at a catering company, and at a residential facility. Now I work with developmentally disabled and autistic adults. Of course, most of my time is spent running my website Cassandra Crossing and keeping the members (shrikes) of my coven under control. As "Queen of the Mountain", I demand a lot of respect! My favorite possession in the whole world is my pink Kitchen Aid mixer. I make tons of cupcakes with it for everyone I know. I also cook gourmet meals for my friends even though my apartment has a shoe-box size kitchen. Everything in my kitchen is pink. Some of my famous recipes include brussel sprouts with bacon, chicken marsala, chicken with tapenade, pasta with sausage, and tilapia with lime sauce (I just love tilapia imported from fish farms in china).
