| Introduction | I found CrossFit in 2006 when I was looking for a way to gain an edge in my fitness for soccer. Jeff Martin at Brand X ran me through a workout and I've been hooked since. I returned to CrossFit Brand X in June of 2008 and received my level 1 certification because I wanted to further my knowledge, not necessarily train people. After working out with friends for some time, word spread and before I knew it I was training clients. CrossFit Guahan, aka Raw Factory, became an official affiliate in Janaury of 2011. |
