I am the founder and director of the orginal distance school for midwives in the U.S. Founded as Apprentice Academics in 1981, we changed our name to Ancient Art Midwifery Intstitute in 1994. I have been active as a birth advocate more than 30 years now. I am also the founder and director of The Trust Birth Intitiative. I have very strong opinions.
