| Introduction | I was diagnosed with celiac disease in January 2007, after five years of symptoms. I eat strictly 100% gluten-free and am very cautious about cross-contamination. My health is good now that I am gluten-free. I work at NuGo Nutrition as a social media specialist. I am also the Gluten-Free Social Media Tips blogger and the DC Gluten-Free Examiner. I wrote New for You in Gluten-Free Living magazine as well as several articles. My daughter is in fourth grade and does not have celiac disease. She loves helping me with my blog. Now that she is becoming a good writer, I am posting her reviews of gluten-free books for kids.
