| Introduction | I'm just an ordinary person, who's made the choice to change the way I live, and choose to be healthy. For too long I've allowed myself to be a victim of my circumstances, medically, and through the help of Weight Loss Surgery, I intend to shed the extra pounds and embark on a journey to find health and wellness, as best I can! As a background, I've suffered from being overweight almost my whole life. To add insult to injury, in 1999, I was in a traumatic car accident that left me with disabling Fibromyalgia, and that alone has led to a host of failed medical treatments and to several doctors saying the best they can do for me anymore is to keep me as comfortable as possible with pain medicine. |
