| Introduction | Chip Stevenson here. Glad you stumbled across the best blog in the land. I'm a seasoned vet of sports analysis- I've been doing it all my life. I remember watching The Sandlot in theaters and arguing with my Dad about whether that fat kid could actually hit a ball over that fence with that swing (the answer, of course, is no chance). Luckily for all of us, I've moved on from giving my point of view on plot holes in Disney movies to giving my point of view on the most recent big trade, Lions loss, and other big stories throughout the world of sports. I also once saw Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez as I left a restaurant in Boston. I saw a movie with Kobe Bryant sitting in the back of the theater by himself. I live close to Gordie Howe. Carlos Delgado once tossed me a foul ball that he caught. Need I go on? We obviously focus on Detroit sports here, but we also always discuss the major sports issues throughout the country so stick around, keep coming back, and enjoy. |
