I'm working towards eating a healthy diet 90% of the time. I have tried Weight Watcher, low-fat, low carb, low-calorie, a detox, and high protein diets and so many other diets that it's hard to remember them all.
Some were successful like Weight Watchers and the 7 day raw food detox. Others were a waste of time and money like the high protein diets (I couldn't eat all the meat and had to throw most of it away!)
I'm trying to learn how to balance life and healthy living.
