Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Actually- I do almost always wear a scarf (cept summer). It's one of my styles, plus it gives you someplace to put your hands,something to fiddle with, an extra THAT to your ensemble and in some cases prooves quiet useful for guys :p.
