Occupation Recording Artist, songwriter

Introduction I'm a singer songwriter and I run my own music production and publishing company based in LA. I've written 11 #1 songs and had over 100 cuts by other artists worldwide. I also record and release my own records sometimes. My latest record "Shadow Wine And Truth Lilies" is for sale on my web site and on iTunes world wide. I work a lot with my husband who is a producer/recording engineer. Writing and singing is such an integral part of my being and life that I tend to take it a bit for granted - but I've learned to appreciate and really cherish the opportunities I have. I'm what most people think of as a feminist and can't stand oppression or prejudice of any kind. I am a lapsed vegetarian, I practice Transcendental Meditation and compassion - but tend to be suspicious of people who obsess about being "a nice person"... I have a dark sense of humor. My childhood nick name used to be "acid mouth". I love British comedy like Black Adder, Little Britain and Black Books. If I wasn't a songwriter I'd be a perfume maker or open a tea salon and chocolate shop...
