About me

Occupation runner, pastor
Location Los Angeles, CA
Introduction I am married to my soulmate, love my kids, pastor a church and work a job to support that life, work my dream job. I run marathons to save the lives of children in Africa. I believe Jesus has the power to set free anyone alive on earth so he/she is held captive by nothing, not even death. I dream of doing one thing with absolute excellence. My metaphor for church is family, not school. I don't want to hear about the greek word you learned last week from your little podcast you listen to. I don't want to hear you rant about the death (or life) of religion. I do want to hear about how Jesus has totally wrecked and - on the flip - saved your life. The blog: I promise to say whatever I want to. I am an intense person and I'm obsessed with fidelity - even audio fidelity - and so I'll be as honest as I can be. I am also in a caring profession, so most of what I'll discuss is patently private - that's why I'm not posting my name which doesn't really matter anyway. Yes, I have made many, many mistakes.

Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?

Only in a stew.
