In its endeavour to realize the objective of ‘Service Excellence’, there are five RTCs to develop into centres of excellence in respective fields. Department has set up a National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM) at Pune for training and development of IDAS officers and for organizing workshops and seminars on issues of vital importance to defence services. Regional Training Centres & NADFM, Pune function under the overall control of Apex Body of DAD on HRD named as ‘Centre for Training & Development’ (CENTRAD) at Brar Square, Delhi Cantt. |
