About Me
I grew up in south west Victoria, fishing as soon as my mother would let my dad take me for a fish, (cutting my teeth on Redfin at the age of about three). I spent many years fishing the local lakes (Elingamite, Bullen Merri & Purrumbete) for trout, redfin & chinook salmon, as well as the local estuaries for bream, estuary perch and anything that swims! Yearly holidays were an excuse for Dad & I to go fishing, so places like south coast NSW, far north QLD and South Australia were regular destinations! I went on to study Fisheries Managment & Aquaculture at university and I enjoy all aspects of fishing, particulary estuary and saltwater sport fishing. Give me a fish that has a crack and I'm a happy man!
