About Me

I am currently in the process of planting Riverside Church, a home-church-based congregation located in Northwest Knox County, Tennesse (www.riversideknoxville.org). I love being married to Christine, with whom I share the joy of raising three great kids. Before planting Riverside, I served as youth pastor in various churches for 18 years. I am an adjunct faculty member in the Religion department at Tusculum College's Knoxville Campus. I am the Associate Editor of the "Worldview Church E-report" published by Breakpoint.org, as well as a freelance writer and member of the Christian Writers Guild. I serve as the Regional Student Ministries Consultant for the Presbytery of the Southeast (EPC).
