| Introduction | I'm a 20 something University Graduate who is currently not using my rather expensive (ask my parents) English and Philosophy Degree! Writing this blog is an effort to rediscover my literacy...since leaving University it has been put into practice less and less! I've embarked upon a mini-adventure into the realms of chutney making for a small cottage industrial idea based upon doing something I love (pottering in the kitchen) and topping up my pocket money for weekends away and other adventures.
