About Me
Phyllis has more than 24 years of consulting, sales and management experience. She founded The Loyalty Group near her 30th birthday, building her consulting and training business from the ground up. Phyllis’ professional expertise includes organizational change, performance management, competencies, selection, and training and development. Before forming The Loyalty Group, Phyllis was a consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI) where she managed and designed customized solutions for clients. She earned an MBA from the University of Miami, where she also taught organizational design in the business school. She's the creator of thinktwice Sales Cards and thinktwice Coaching Cards, which are used in companies such as Shaw Industries and FedEx. She is an author who has been published or quoted in leading industry publications including HR Magazine, Training and Development (T+D) Magazine, Selling Power, BusinessWeek, and HR Executive Magazine. She's climbed to the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro and bungee jumped off of the Victoria Falls bridge, but her most exciting adventure has been motherhood!
