About Me

In 2007, it occurred to me that I'd spent the last twenty years of my life worrying about things that no one else cared about and things I had little control over. After years of beating myself up, I realized how much precious time I've wasted! In my conversations with women over the years, it's evident that we share in common the overwhelming habit to engage in this type of quiet self-abuse. This website is for every woman who tells herself - or worse - allows someone else to tell her that she's not good enough, pretty enough, thin enough or that she just isn't measuring up somehow. It's also for strong minded, opinionated, feisty, passionate women who need an outlet and want to be heard. We are ALL amazing, beautiful, talented, gifted, able-spirited women!
