About Me
I have lived in or near to Stone in Staffordshire almost all my life and am passionate about the town. I am married to Janet and have two children, two step daughters and four grandchildren. I am a Stone's Independent Voice councillor on Stone Town Council and a member of the Liberal Democrat and Independent group on Stafford Borough Council. I am actively involved with several groups in Stone. I am Chairman of Stone in Bloom, Stone Town Bonfire and Firework committee and, of course, Stone Food and Drink Festival. I hope that this blog will explain the sort of things a local politician does and may encourage others to become active in their own communuties.
