About Me

I am a writer and journalist. And I am an avid wild boar hunter ever since my first encounter with a wild boar during an early morning hunt in a forested area of the Black Forest in Germany. Ever since true wild Russian boar have fascinated me. Their cousins, feral wild hogs in California, are just as formidable and challenging. One of my other interests is preservation of natural habitats and nature in general as any dedicated hunter should be. Last but not least, I am the author of the best-selling book on wild boar hunting: "Wild Boar in California - Where and How to Hunt"
