I am a lawyer and registered patent and trade marks attorney, and practice primarily in IP litigation. I have experience acting for Australian and overseas clients in patent infringement proceedings relating to a range of technologies, from mechanical devices through to major pharmaceutical products. I have also been involved in design and copyright infringement proceedings and have experience in conducting patent oppositions in both Australia and New Zealand.
