| Introduction | I'm an amateur triathlete who splits his time between training, his cubicle and his wife (and pets). I'm a former competitive swimmer, who isn't much of a runner or cyclist, but who is working on it, thanks to great training environment in Ottawa. I live just a short run from the ottawa river, and a short ride to gatineau park. |
