About Me

I am active in my community both in the Community Council and against a horrible, horrible new development called "Caltongate" in the Canongate of Edinburgh's Old Town. For those active against it see the development as crass, too large and is social cleansing - the nature of the Canongate is being changed for greed and profits. Knocking down council housing for 5 star hotels and luxury apartments is just not wanted or needed and definitely not ethical or moral. Mountgrange are the wrong people to develop this site as they don't care about the Waverley Valley or Canongate - they just care about profit not people!
