| Introduction | If I had to pick the one thing that I’m most passionate about, it would be cooking….and eating. Luckily the two go hand in hand. I’ve loved being in the kitchen, cooking & baking, and feeding other people for as long as I can remember. For now I spend my days at a desk, in front of a computer, working with numbers…but really, I’m secretly thinking about what I’m going to cook up next or how to experiment with different flavors. The Corner Kitchen is just that, a teeny tiny corner of my apartment with a tiny stove, a tiny refrigerator, a bar-size sink (and no dishwasher, I am the dish-washer), a limited numbers of cabinets and even more limited counter space. But that hasn’t stopped me from whipping up amazing meals and desserts. I’ve become very creative and I’ve found ways to make it work me. I’m excited to take you along on my culinary adventure! Along the way I’ll share my favorite recipes, my culinary experiments and some of my favorite products. I like to keep my cooking simple, seasonal & fresh, and full of flavor. I also have a HUGE sweet tooth and I can’t help but give in on a regular basis. |
