| Introduction | Just a lady in her kitchen cooking. I write about it purely for me to look back on and use as a resource, as well as to keep in touch with friends and family. This is my journal and I'm allowing anyone to be privy to it. But I do not consider it a blog, and I am not a blogger. I occasionally return comments but no longer allow myself to feel the pressure to be or do anything that makes this experience less enjoyable, or takes time away from things I should be doing in real life.
