I've lived a few lives over the years. I'm living in the Italian alps with my husband, running our small Bella Baita Inn, which is an updated family business, finding my way to encourage responsible and sustainable tourism in our little noticed but deserving slice of Italy. Former lives have included but not limited to: ski resort Pastry chef, English holiday rep, walking and ski guide,gardener and vegetarian caterer.
