Introduction	I love to ride, especially uphill. I'm just not very good. To borrow from "Will," I am more enthusiastic than talented. I cycled up Mount Evans, Colorado in 2007, and completed seven races up Mount Washington, New Hampshire (2008-2014). In 2010 and 2011 I rode in France, summiting such famous climbs as the Col du Tourmalet, Mont Ventoux, and Alpe d'Huez. In 2014 I rode in Italy, including the 48 switchbacks of Stelvio Pass. And I did a three-country ride between Switzerland, France, and Germany. I'm not a great rider -- I'm just someone who loves to ride and is willing to suffer to complete what I start. Riding was the one activity that brought me peace while battling cancer. It is where I found Peace on a Bike. I am now in remission. Cancer sucks.
