|Introduction||I'm a 20-year-old trainee chef from Hackney in London's East End. I graduated from Westminster Kingsway College with a Professional Chef Diploma in summer 2007 and I'm currently working as a chef de partie at Carles Abellan's Michelin-starred modern tapas restaurant Comerç 24 in Barcelona. I'm passionately pursuing a life-long ambition to become a top-class chef and a world-famous restaurateur one day.|

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
I set my alarm for the time I need to get up and when the alarm sounds I get out of bed. Life's too short for snoozing. My Dad snoozes.
