Introduction | Daniel L. Frazier Ed.D. is currently Superintendent of Education for Litchfield Independent School District 465 in Litchfield, Minnesota, USA. Dr. Frazier is an experienced school administrator, serving 15 years as a public school superintendent (13 years in Iowa and two years overseas in an international school) prior to his arrival in Litchfield. A former secondary English teacher, Frazier earned his bachelor degree from Morningside College in Sioux City. He earned a masters degree from the University of Nebraska, a specialist degree from Drake University in Des Moines, and his doctorate on campus from the University of Nebraska. Dr. Frazier recently completed six years as Superintendent for the Sioux Central Community School District in Sioux Rapids, Iowa. Sioux Central received national recognition for the school’s integration of technology into instruction. Sioux Central is a one-to-one school with tablets (iPads) in grades K-2 and laptops for every students in grades 3 through 12. In 2012, Frazier was recognized by eSchool News and its sponsors as National Tech-savvy Superintendent of the Year. |
