This blog started as a marathon-training diary, but has since evolved into a blog about writing and my thoughts on life in general. I quit my job in publishing to become a full-time writer, and I'm currently working on my first novel. I'm also a runner on hiatus, and a (not so new) puppy's mama.

You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?
