About Me

Where do I begin...oh yeah, I'm a retired military brat. No I didn't join the military, my father had 36 years in before he retired. I have a Bachelor's Degree in History from Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and I have worked with the National Park Service as a Park Ranger. That's where I met my husband...long story...ask me about it sometime. Hans is from California and graduated from the University of Southern California. We both work for the USAF. We do not wear a uniform, but we do support the uniform. Hans as an engineer and me as an equipment specialist. We have two children and they are the light and darkness of my life. Aiden was born first and he's my sweet boy. Sierra was born second and she's my daredevil. She's a strong willed, independent little girl who is almost practically fearless. Anyway, they take up most of my time, and when I do get a moment to myself, I'll crochet, brew a batch of beer, scrapbook, sew, and/or quilt...just not all at once.
