Introduction	Born in Pennsylvania in a place known for being underwater. Lived many years in Kansas, now California. Always have been "artsy" but work in a hospital to pay the bills. I like dogs, but have a cat. I have a violent physical reaction to black licorice or anything anise flavored...can't help it-makes me puke!
Interests	Glass Beadmaking and Jewelry, Knitting, Spinning and other fiber arts, Photography, Painting, Mixed Media, Altered Books. I also love Baseball and Hockey, and researching my family history.
Favorite Movies	Too many to mention-but I'll try! The Fisher King, Jaws, Twelve Monkeys, Serenity, Alien, The Hangover, Let the Right One In, Gladiator, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, all the Harry Potter movies, Spirited Away, anything by Akira Kurosawa.
Favorite Music	Movie Soundtracks (HANS ZIMMER IS THE MAN!), just about anything but American Country and Western and Opera. I love classical music and thrash metal. I'm eclectic at the very least, and confused at the worst!
Favorite Books	I have to say, I haven't really read too many books since my kids came along...but I used to read about 2 books a week. I lean to non fiction these days.
