About Me

I am Co-Chairman of Alpha Software, which I co-founded in 1982 with my brother Richard. I am responsible for managing the team of software programmers who develop Alpha's user-friendly products. I previously served as President of SoftQuad International Inc. during the late 1990s, when it owned Alpha Software. Prior to co-founding Alpha, I worked for Interactive Data/Chase Econometrics, where I marketed software-based financial planning services. I also served as Director of Strategic Intelligence at Analog Devices, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic instrumentation and integrated circuits. I hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a master's degree in business administration from the Sloan School at MIT.
