Pascal J.W. van den Noort, B ma (1950) is Executive Director of Master Plan BV and has vast experience in creating and setting up (inter)national and global organizations, projects, conferences and events. He was the founding Executive Director of the Dutch Aids Foundation and of the Global Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (GNP+). For the French organization OPALS he worked towards day-care for people living with HIV/AIDS. He has raised funds for the 1998 Amsterdam Gay Games and for a great number of other initiatives. He specializes in making information for sustainability better available. He is member of advisory bodies to the City of Amsterdam. He serves on the board of the foundation: ‘In the footsteps of Mandela’ and is member of the Executive Boards of Velo Mondial & Velo.Info / Spicycles and Member of the Advisory Board of the World Carfree Network.
