| Introduction | Boozhoo, hello! Anishinaabe-quay, Nee-gon-e-go-quay izhinikaaz. Nigig indoodem. Gichi-wiikwedong indoonjiba. My name is Jessica Koski and I am Anishinaabe from the Otter Clan. I come from Keweenaw Bay, located along the southern shores of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The purpose of this space is share my personal journey of experiences and reflections dedicated to the revitalization of Anishinaabe culture, protection of the waters of the Great Lakes, and movements toward environmental justice, sustainability, and Native rights. |
